1. as Designers - Creative value; making something meaningful out of sheer will
2. as Surveyors/Monitors - Experiential value; experiencing someone or something meaningful completely
3. as Actors - Supporting value; enabling the players in breaking through their sufferings by enacting meaningful stories

4. as Players - Finding meaning through suffering; using a personal situation/ability to bring meaningful change in another situation

It Starts with the Surveyors

Surveyors:
The Surveyors are the ones who map out entire regions and unearth the various issues for players to explore.

Designers:
They design/present the tasks and action points for the player in an immersive way.

Monitors:
The only ones who are digitally connected to a larger network, they oversee the movement of all players, surveyors and designers, thus maintaining the timeline of events.

Actors:
They serve as obstacles/helpers in a player's journey, but even they end up being a player in their own way.

Players:
Without relying on any digital technology, the player is both led and left free to discover their intended task and deep dive into it. Players can also be Actors.

Surveyors and designers are the one with the EDIT ACCESS.
They write and the others read their information.

Actors play out the information for the ones who are unable to read it.
Players, as they're having the READ ACCESS, must then REVIEW. The surveyors and designers will listen to the feedback.
