The length and breadth of human experiences (the amount and range) can't be the sole parameters for judging a person.
The most important, most incomprehensible dimension may be the depth arising from the experiences (the capacity to endure that life).

One way to estimate personal depth lies in being empathetic. And the best possible exercise to develop empathy is to engage in sonder. The attempt to imagine the whole lives that people around us are experiencing, brings us the understanding that every person we meet has a life of their own, with innumerable memories that shape their lives and enrich each with immense meaning. Beyond mere good and evil, we can see the limits of human emotion and reason.

When one starts to understand why a person is the way they are, will there even be a need for conflict? For hatred? For war?
